For the development of excellence in creativity among the young and ambitious people who are keen to take up advertising as a career. The competitors between the age of 18 and 30 years would be asked to submit a 360 Degree campaign plan for any product or service. A panel of judges would scrutinise the submissions for adjudging the winners. The winners would be sent to the Asia-Pacific AdFest 2008 to participate in the Young Lotus Competition. This talent hunt competition would be a sponsored event.

AdClub organised Sharpener 2007, an advertising creative competition among the young creative geniuses of the advertising agencies of Dhaka on 9 & 10 February 2007, the first of its kind in the history of Bangladesh advertising.
